       On July 15, 2017, Benchuan Intelligent Nanjing Company organized leading cadres at or above the middle level to carry out a two-day outdoor expansion activity at the Jiutianfeng expansion base in Anhui. By expanding the personal experience of the training program, the power of personality is appreciated, the sense of teamwork is strengthened, the methods and skills of interpersonal communication are mastered, and the individual potential is fully developed.
      The event included: ice breaking trip, life and death power grid, dual decoding, island survival, thunder array, tangram and many other projects. The players are randomly divided into two teams. After some brainstorming in the group, the loud team slogan and the loud team song were brilliantly unveiled-"War Wolf" and "China Team" were established, and the distinctive and powerful team image was opened A prelude to expansion.
       At the command of the coaches of the two teams, the Wolf Wolves and the Chinese team responded quickly, competing for minutes and agility, and finally the Wolf Wolves won! While congratulating the Wolves for their victory, the Chinese team members were passionate, actively looking for reasons from themselves, earnestly drawing lessons, and sworn to defeat the champions and win the first place in the next expansion game!         
      
             
       During the event, the two team members fully devoted themselves, worked together to help each other, trust each other, give full play to the spirit of teamwork, overcome all difficulties, complete each project together, share the joy of success together, enhance the cohesion of the team, and cultivate everyone's positive attitude and A high sense of responsibility, from which I realize the strength of the team and the importance of mutual cooperation.
